Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days via our specialized home freight partners.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items, and custom-made pieces are final sale.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
At Alltrade, we prioritize sustainability. Over 80% of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed wood to ensure minimal environmental impact.
How can I track the status of my large appliance order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large appliances, our carrier will also contact you directly via phone to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you provide warranties on your products?
All Alltrade products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans for purchase on most seating and electronic items.
