Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
